"Curb appeal" of the location is a little lacking. With the old equipment lined up, it made me 2nd guess the location. But everything was in working order, and easy to pickup. The manager even stopped by to drop off the moving blankets herself and make sure I got off OK. On the backend, when I received the truck, it had some significant damage. But for some reason it didn't go properly with my file, leading to some extra steps on the drop-off.Matthew P.

The place looked like a broken worn down salvage yard/storage facility. There was no office or personnel. It was actually quite creepy. The drop box for keys was not very visible nor was there any designated spots to park. It was just open gravel by broken down cars. Not at all what we had expected. We passed up the entrance at first because it looked like an abandoned lot.Kristina B.

The people I spoke at the site were way more helpful ( Brittany) than anyone I spoke to at U Haul or Mr. Kwiks which is where my reservation was originally booked and then changed by U-Haul to almost 30 miles from my original pick up spot.With no notice until day before when the original pick up spot and told me he had no idea why U haul would have booked my pick up at his location as he has no way to fulfill my request. I actually called U Haul 2 days before my pick up and asked if I could change my 17' rental from a round trip to a one way. No problem I was told and the person on the phone told em I was all set. The next day when I learn my location does not have a truck fro me I am told by everyone( pick up center at two locations and three different U haul people that U haul does not do one way 17" rental? U Haul is the one that changed my reservation! Then when I called to tell them my location does not have a truck they told me that is because I changed from a RT to a one way! They have no idea where you are picking up or dropping off and do not care how far you have to go to get your rental.Gene M.

Brittany was very helpful with any questions we had and pleasant to deal with. The whole experience was great. Well I originally ordered a 26' truck and it was not ready when I needed it. They had a 26' truck there but it was not a one way. Since the truck was smaller I ended up making a second trip costing me more money for extra days and mileage cause u got stuck in an ice storm.Lance Z.
