Sharon SPoor signage made it difficult to be certain I was in the right place. No people were on the premises. The entire pick-up process was completed via cellphone and included having to hook trailer to the back of my truck via a "self check in" process that involved texting pictures of how I did it. I was informed by the person who disconnected it at the drop off station that I had done it incorrectly. It all worked out OK - make it to Missouri without a problem.
DAVID SAfter hours drop-off at this location is a joke. This storage facility has more than one location and when I called to get assistance, they just transferred my call to Uhaul. Even the on site office looks like a run down storage shed. I'd suggest dropping off your Uhal rental at any other place than this. Heck, I wouldn't even rent any Uhaul equipment from this location.
Allan MAlthough the staff was excellent the facility was very run down the truck had terrible steering we could not take it on the Highway it was dangerous so we had to go out of the way and that added many more miles than we would have used
Timothy MNo one is there to give you keys if you select in person pick up. It shouldn’t be an option. We sat on hold for 45 mins just to be hung up on by your call center before we even had the chance to speak to someone. Staff that worked for the storage company were not helpful and just passed us off to other people.
Caitlin MFor customers who rent frequently, offer a discount program of some sort. Possibly, after so many rentals a 10% discount. Something on that order.

Gregory K"Curb appeal" of the location is a little lacking. With the old equipment lined up, it made me 2nd guess the location. But everything was in working order, and easy to pickup. The manager even stopped by to drop off the moving blankets herself and make sure I got off OK. On the backend, when I received the truck, it had some significant damage. But for some reason it didn't go properly with my file, leading to some extra steps on the drop-off.

Okie PAs a first time customer of UHaul and this location I was very pleased with the lead time provided by the Uhaul rep the day before on where to pick up my rental trailer, which was close by. I was also assisted with troubleshooting a blinker issue. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

William SThe place looked like a broken worn down salvage yard/storage facility. There was no office or personnel. It was actually quite creepy. The drop box for keys was not very visible nor was there any designated spots to park. It was just open gravel by broken down cars. Not at all what we had expected. We passed up the entrance at first because it looked like an abandoned lot.

Joseph VThe people I spoke at the site were way more helpful ( Brittany) than anyone I spoke to at U Haul or Mr. Kwiks which is where my reservation was originally booked and then changed by U-Haul to almost 30 miles from my original pick up spot.With no notice until day before when the original pick up spot and told me he had no idea why U haul would have booked my pick up at his location as he has no way to fulfill my request. I actually called U Haul 2 days before my pick up and asked if I could change my 17' rental from a round trip to a one way. No problem I was told and the person on the phone told em I was all set. The next day when I learn my location does not have a truck fro me I am told by everyone( pick up center at two locations and three different U haul people that U haul does not do one way 17" rental? U Haul is the one that changed my reservation! Then when I called to tell them my location does not have a truck they told me that is because I changed from a RT to a one way! They have no idea where you are picking up or dropping off and do not care how far you have to go to get your rental.

Brittany was very helpful with any questions we had and pleasant to deal with. The whole experience was great. Would definitely recommend Brittany and the Shorewood location and would use it again if needed.

Jerry CWell I originally ordered a 26' truck and it was not ready when I needed it. They had a 26' truck there but it was not a one way. Since the truck was smaller I ended up making a second trip costing me more money for extra days and mileage cause u got stuck in an ice storm.
Lance ZLocation was very dirty. Originally passed the location because it looked like a junk yard. Signage was not very visible.
