I was the 2nd customer, but was still served quickly. We went outside and she hooked it up, tested the lights and I was gone. All great.

If theres anything else they could do to improve for the next customer, um that would be asking for too much. They go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met. I'm talking if you need to reschedule picking up your rental three times that day if you need to pick it up after they closed and gone home if their fully engaged in their own obligations to step away to help me thats dedication. Oh and when I was finally able to pick the truck up after rescheduling three times I had left my cooler from a previous rental that I totally forgotten about she said your coolers there told me what to do to get it and heres where its at. This lady BRITTANY is truely Haven sent. Anything you need to know and anything you don't know they got you. Everytime I rent from them rather its a truck or storage my experience has been over the top. I had everything that could happen to one person happen to me. I had to reschedule my rental three time and I had to pick it up after the site was closed then I put the wrong time in to drop the truck back off she noticed I only put a couple hours and called me and asked did I mean to put that time and did I need a different time of course I did she took care of that. Oh and when I picked the truck up I called her to let her know and do you know this lady this heaven sent amazing woman said do you want your cooler that you left on a truck from a previous rental heres where its at and heres how you get it. I was floored. I had forgotten all about that cooler when I say above and beyond this place has no limits and they work together to make sure your good. As long as this uhaul place is there I'll be renting from there I don't care were I need the truck or storage I'm coming here. At the end of the day she made everything that went wrong for me that day feel like nothing went wrong. Thank you Brittany you are amazing! Thank you for caring about your customers and doing your job so well.

The experience with U-Haul was exhausting from ordering a vehicle in one city to being moved to 2 different locations because U-Haul doesn’t have their act together. I was disconnected 9 times while trying to get a box truck I ordered 2 weeks in advance. Computer was down at Shorewood location so it took 25 minutes to get the vehicle and rented started over an hr later than I asked for

Brittany at the Geneva location in Shorewood went above and beyond to help insure we had a truck to move my son. It was late in the day and she stayed past closing so we could pick up the vehicle and answer any questions.

They made my move as difficult as it was a little easier. When it came to the availability of a truck understanding what I needed out of the truck the timing and pricing. The roof was leaking water so bad. I had to put a bucket under it to catch all the water, but we didn’t notice till after a bunch of boxes were soaking wet. We filled up a quarter of the bucket with water. It made a bad situation even worse.

Fantastic, friendly, thorough and fast customer service! There was quite a long line but Brittany got through it so quickly while still maintaining super high quality interaction. I can see why so many were renting from there. I'll be back if I ever need another uhaul.

We needed a 10 foot box truck on short notice. They had one available and had me fill in the paperwork online, all while the agent stayed on the phone with me in case I needed assistance. Very helpful and friendly. Truck was up front and ready to go when we got there. The return process that evening went just as smoothly. Great location, clean truck, very friendly and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.

It was busy when I arrived. Three customers were ahead of me and I only waited about 7 minutes for my turn. Your counter staff was quick to move through the customers in the line. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout my pickup and drop off processes. My truck ran well and the radio had surprisingly good sound quality. I've been a long time and devoted renter of U-HAUL vehicles. I recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a moving vehicle.

Not a thing. We came at closing, and Brittany took care of us.she got us a truck, and a dolly and it only took 20 minutes..she was kind and very nice and didn't rush us or tell us she was closing and couldn't help us..now that is excellent customer service! Hardly any room to park 10ft truck outside business hours without blocking access to the office and gate, so we parked on the grass.. Street leading to location is completely torn up and muddy - not the fault of Reliable Storage, but I wouldn’t recommend this location until the street is finished.

The location was old and starting to look run down. Everything was unkept. The trailer needs new tires, the door needs to be lubed. Had to find a new power cable as the one it came with was damaged. Logo is very faded.

We requested a package of blankets, as it turned out, we didn't need them or use them. Upon returning the equipment, we notified the location w/phone voicemail and spoke directly to an employee requesting the $5.00 refund. But, they did not comply nor did they call explaining why a refund could not be given. In my book that is very poor customer service. The blankets were returned as they were given, unused and in the same packaging. Leaving no reason why we could not receive the credit.

I was very satisfied with the facility with the exception of staff being available when I first was attempting to rent a storage unit. Once I was able to connect with a staff member, they were accommodating and worked to provide amicable solutions to ensure costumer satisfaction. This was greatly appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others, and will return in the future should I have a need for a storage unit.
