This location was friendly and helpful. The pickup site was moved (without an email or phone call notifying me) to a location eight miles further from my home. This wasted about 45 minutes of my time. U-Haul needs to do a better job in notifying customers BEFORE changing the pickup location.

Joshua SI had a medical emergency and was not able to pick the truck up at the scheduled time. Someone called from the location to see if we still wanted the truck. I really appreciated that and was glad we could pick it up late. Excellent customer service!
