This location is horrible they tried to scam me out of 46.07 twice! I agree on the charges and fees with a due named Dexter then he charges me 46.07 outside of the holding fee 72.11 when I dropped off the uhal then I look at my account and Uhal modified the 72.11 to 118.18 and also had another charge of 46.07! Wtf 🤬 what kind of dummy you think I am why did I get two charges of 46.07 I had to cuss them out to get my money back! They tried to gaslight that the charge never happened! When I told them that’s fine I’ll dispute the 118.18 and they can modify that 46.07 they decided to send it back to me

Rented a U-Haul recently and had a pretty disappointing experience with the truck condition. The air conditioning only worked when it wanted to, which made the drive extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the driver-side mirror had a loose screw and kept moving out of position while driving. I repeatedly had to reach outside and adjust it myself, which was a serious safety hazard. Vehicles should be properly inspected and maintained before being rented out, especially when it comes to equipment that affects driver visibility and safety.

The property owner reported us to 911 , said I was stealing the uhaul. We were handcuffed while 12 cops harassed us, calling my wife a prostitute. Not to mention, I reserved a 15’ and got stuck with a 10’ Worst experience ever!!!
