Rented a U-Haul recently and had a pretty disappointing experience with the truck condition. The air conditioning only worked when it wanted to, which made the drive extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the driver-side mirror had a loose screw and kept moving out of position while driving. I repeatedly had to reach outside and adjust it myself, which was a serious safety hazard. Vehicles should be properly inspected and maintained before being rented out, especially when it comes to equipment that affects driver visibility and safety.

SOVANAY RThe property owner reported us to 911 , said I was stealing the uhaul. We were handcuffed while 12 cops harassed us, calling my wife a prostitute. Not to mention, I reserved a 15’ and got stuck with a 10’ Worst experience ever!!!
