The Uhaul app was not working properly and was stuck at the "finding location" part of the 24hr check in process (yes, my location services and data were working properly). Luckily, the lady who served me that day was in the office on a holiday and attended to me and got me on the road quickly with no headaches. Hopefully, this message reaches her so that she knows how appreciated her efforts were that day. Thank you very, very much for going above and beyond on a stat holiday. Highly recommended and deserves a raise. :)

Firstly, We live in Petawawa and the truck we rented had broken down, which happens but we werent notiftied and then scrambled the day before our move when we ourselves found out. Then we rented from pembroke and thought everything was okay. Next day they were suppose to be open 7am-8am but werent. Had to drive almost an hour out of our way paying probably an extra 40 bucks plus the one way fee. Then we get there and the lady makes it seem like we are stealing her first born child because and I quote " This is our only 26" left...oh my god...are we going to have to go pickup trucks". Honestly did not have a good time and spent twice the amount of money I should have because of the whole ordeal. I honestly have more points about things but I think this is long enough.

Carol Ann was the associate helping us who was so friendly and fun. She obviously cared about providing us with exceptional service and as we just moved to town we couldn’t have had a better experience. Carol Ann went so far as to give our two little boys freezies; This made the whole day better for them too. They beamed because of her!! She should be recognized for going above and beyond in providing us with such exceptional customer service that we would HIGHLY recommend the Renfrew hwy 60 location because of her!!!

I have never been more upset with a company than I was with uhaul. I was given a confirmation email of time and pick up arnprior at 9:30am. We get to arnprior location only to find out there was a confusion on uhauls end and have to pick it up in renfrew Get to renfrew and the lady who was completely rude, informed us that our truck wasn’t available untill 3. She made inappropriate remarks, and was completely unprofessional. She threw a number at us and informed us that “maybe” they could help They had one truck available across town a larger truck then we had booked .... a 26 footer instead of a 15 foot OK we drive across town, get in line and we are informed they just gave away our truck ..... we waited an hour and we finally get a 20 footer We explain we shouldn’t have to pay extra for the larger truck and the extra miles The associate then tells us point blank “we don’t have to give you a truck at all we don’t work off commission and I don’t care “ The lack of professionalism is amazing , not one person from uhaul took responsibility for The company’s mistake !

We reserved and had confirmation of a pick up location close to my destination, then was told that it wasn’t available after we received the confirmation. We then had to drive an hour out of our way twice to pick up a trailer. The light cable was ripped off and I had to repair it on site so I could use it or I would of had to drive another hour to get another trailer. Upon drop off they arranged for us to drop off in a very conviennent place close to my destination, wrong again the place they suggested and arranged was not up and running yet so I had to drive another hour there and back to drop off the trailer. However the gentleman at the Fredericton u haul was great.

There is little you can do to improve things at this location. The young woman on duty there was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. Items I required were in stock and reasonably priced.

This location was closed for Good Friday, however the staff left a number to call. The person who answered was very helpful and described the drop off process well. I dropped off the trailer and used the mobile drop off site to document the trailer and where I parked it on the site. For that, I was very impressed. The site worked well and the instructions were clear. I am a software designer and I found it was a very good use of a smart phone. Very well done U-Haul!

I fell at the truck because it was parked on ice. I have hurt my leg. The truck was not cleared of snow, no snow brush in it. The drivers window was left open all night so the seat was soaked. The gas was not at 1/4 tank but when i went back in she was busy and i couldnt wait. I was not given a drop off location then when i was it was across town instead of around the corner. Second time ive uaed uhaul and it wilm be my last.

Easy to reserve, truck good on gas- made moving easier

I find your rates quite expensive especially .69$ /km and still having to put gas in the vehicle. One doesnt get this type of mileage expense when you use your car for business purposes. That rate usually sits around .39$ / km.
