It's kind of out of the way. I was not comfortable with where I had to leave it when I returned it. I had to park it on the street as I dropped off after hours. I never received a returned equipment notification or receipt.

Found it hard to get into the area where the trucks were to be dropped off as the gated lot was across the street and the lot was packed before I even got there.

WILLIAM BThe gas tank I was told was on full it was at three quarters of a tank they didn't give me a discount because I did fill it up when I returned, the check engine light was on and they knew it there was garbage in the cab of the truck when I rented it the windshield was filthy with bugs and they were just very not friendly I will not be using that location again.
MELISA HWe were running late on pick up and they did call before giving it to another customer and I really appreciate that. I don't appreciate that the truck was absolutely filthy in the cab and the back was not swept out either. We spent about 45 minutes cleaning the cab so we could use it.
Joleen JThere really ought to be clearly delineated customer parking and clear directions to where the check-in office is located. The property is a complete mess and not at all welcoming. That said, after finding a parking spot on the street about a block away and finding the office after wandering the property, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the gentlemen who assisted me was very courteous.

CHAD BIt was full of wrecked vehicles, no parking at all and no one was helpful. I will not be using this drop off location there. It appeared they had 2 lots both where full and had vehicles blocking the entrance so I couldn't get a personal car in nor a 20ft uhaul.

Sharon BI had trouble reaching U-Haul by phone to ask questions. I was also switched to this location from my preferred location, much closer to my house and was really never told why that occurred. Cost me some gas $$ and a little bit of time.

Thomas SThe drop location was a lot full of beat up vehicles, a repair garage, and no room for a proper drop off. There was no conspicuous signage to indicate it was a U-Haul location. I was told I was supposed to drop it across the street, but the app lead me to the location I ended up going to.

Lindsey DMake sure that the truck is ready for pickup and has been wiped out, swept out, or even vacuumed. There was dog hair inside the door panels, food under the seat, and the driver seat was broken so you couldn't move the seat up. I only needed the truck for 2 days and it showed that I was to return the truck on Tuesday April 30th by 10:47 pm. The people at rent a wreck had to open the shop to rent the truck to me, because their assistant didn't do her job. The people at rent a wreck were very nice and helpful. The uhaul app is not very user friendly.

Wayne BVery confusing process. No one there at my pickup time and very confusing building entrance. Wasnt able to pick up until about 15 minutes past my scheduled time. Was treated like an idiot when I didn't know how drop off worked and walked into location to give keys. Nothing was explained to me. I'm not stupid but this was my first time using uhaul and it was just so confusing and unwelcoming. Will likely just go to an actual uhaul store next time.

Mike GMake sure not to get the corporate yahoo's from Arizona. They don't understand distance or the terrain in Montana at all and might send you on a wild goose chase. They don't bother to tell you if they have everything until a couple days before your rental.
Steve WI received no email or other notification about my final bill and additional charges. I had to go to my account online and investigate prior transactions and read through the details to find out why my credit card was charged an extra fee. In addition, I disagreed with the reason for the additional charge, however the technician had created a typo in the documentation, leaving me with no proof.
