I've dealt with three different Uhaul stores in the last month, ones in Colorado, Connecticut and Billings Montana, and at EVERY one of them the person at the desk was having significant problems with their desk computer system. Adds time and annoyance when you're trying to get a truck and get going. This is 2018, not 1998! Let's upgrade.

The young gentleman maybe named Gary (and had owner on his name tag) was wonderful. The middle aged gentleman was absolutely horrible and very rude. His comments like “we are really busy and I don’t know where your going to park it and get out” we’re unneeded.

The only problem was a lack of internet, but that wasn't really their fault.

Need to have a place for after hours drop off of trailer.

Friendlier people who actually talk to customers instead of looking away and talking to coworkers when a customer is in front of them. Don't cut off a customer when they are talking or asking questions.

When I brought the pickup back there was no one to do a "check in" so we were told it would be done later and to just leave the pickup at the location. Four hours later I was called and told there was damage to the pickup. I went to the location and the employee told me that there was damage. While I was there, he wiped most of the "damage" off with a cloth. He then showed me a couple small rock chips and told me they had not been there before. I then received an invoice for $1100.00 for the cost of the damage repairs from the location. I then received an invoice from the main credit department for $320.00. The invoice I received from the location made absolutely no sense. Bad overall management.

I was charged for the Utility Dolly and Furniture pad which I did not use. I called Uhaul and informed them I did not used either. And asked that they refund the $50.00. they charged me. So far I have not seen a refund. I will never use this location again.

When I was asking questions I was smirked at and the female employee was just rude and didn’t seem focused on my needs and questions.

During the drop off of the trailer, the woman was very rude. The next day we dropped off the truck and while the guy wasn't rude, he wasn't very friendly.

Make sure there are no leaks in the cab of the truck. We had a waterfall coming into the cab on the passenger side by the seatbelt top!

They said the truck was dirty - it had just been driven 3000 miles down the Alaska-Canada Highway. They charged us for two rock chips on the windshield and they were going to charge us $58.00 because the tank wasn't full but we explained that when we picked up the truck in Alaska the tank was only half full and luckily I had taken a picture of the gas gauge to show them. The agent in Alaska said he had entered that information in the computer, but there was no record of it, so again, luckily I had taken a picture.
