My pick up location was changed to this location but then I still had to go across town to get my other stuff across town

DENNIS AThe location's appearance was not confidence inspiring. The truck was a little banged up on the exterior, but all blemishes were marked. The interior was clean. The windshield was filthy and the vehicle only had 1/2 tank of fuel. The representative was polite, respectfully and friendly, but no equipment briefing occurred. I had the vehicle for 4-days and also drove it from Billings Montana to Portland Oregon. The truck worked great, mechanically perfect and the tires appeared near new. I was pleased overall.
TERRY KDrop point folks were very accommodating and even offered to take me to the airport.
