No issue with the drop off location in Fullerton. I parked the truck behind others and dropped the key in the lock box. My issue is with the U-Haul location at 626 Anaheim Blvd. I first took the truck there and had my worst experience ever with U-Haul (20 year customer FYI). I went into the store and was greeted with one word: "Return?" I replied that I was returning my 15' truck, which I had parked in the return area. He said I was at the wrong location, needed to take it to Fullerton, or it would cost me $400. I shared that it was odd that I delivered a vehicle to a certified U-Haul location, but could not leave it. His reaction was clear that he did not care about me as a customer. No address for the other location given or offer to call them or assist me in any way. I did call the U-Haul customer service number from the parking lot and received excellent help from a young woman (which I appreciated). The rigid drop location is a ridiculous policy, but combined with such poor service is causing me to reconsider using U-Haul in the future.

Tyler CI received the wrong vehicle so when I went to return it, it was giving me issues. The employee escorted me to the car at pick up and put equipment inside for me. When I went to return it it wouldn’t allow me to properly do the mileage because it was the wrong rental. Then it charged my card I wasn’t able to return to the main menu and it still shows it is an active vehicle
