Safety tie down chain broken when picked up, I went to Canadian Tire and bought something to repair it. One tire kept going down, added air 3 times by the time I got to Lloydminster, stopped to get it fixed, 1 repair and 1 tire replaced , lost half a day.

There was a lot of confusion between what I had booked on the phone with U-Haul and what was in the computer system when I got to the rental location. But the representative at the Tool Shed was great and assisted to sort out the issues.

I tried to use the Uhaul App to return the rental after hours but was unable to as the app would not allow me to upload a picture. I was using a Samsung Galaxy S10+

Your staff was very helpful, Friendly, Kind Knowledgeable, And Very easy to deal with, I however was Unhappy that my move was Very late, Many people were but on hold because the Truck i had reserved was 5.5 - 6 hours late being returned to Location, Cost me money for the people i had hired to move me, Some had to back out and we didn't get finished until 11:30 Pm, Witch resulted in a noise complaint! But the move had to be Completed well i had help! I'm not sure how your staff could have solved this issue or done anything differently, Unfortunately A Extra $200.00 Cost please feeding the help certainly does Leave a Mark Thanks for your Time!! Made moving across Canada a less stressful experience

The guy was nice and friendly, but a bit slow. Perhaps because he was learning. What I don't like is the lack of vehicles. I just wanted a 10ft truck. On my reservation date I was given a 26ft truck. The truck felt like it was going to break down in the middle of the road. The cabin was extremely dirty.

The agent/business at this drop off site in Grande Prairie was closed. The Uhaul person I spoke to on the phone said they should be open. I guess it was a communication error. Otherwise very good experience.

I was 1 day late returning the trailer because the running lights quit working, so I could't tow after dark. I finally had to buy magnetic clamp on lights from Canadian Tire, so I could complete the trip. I explained this, and she didn't care. I produced the lights and receipt if necessary. She just said "you should have phoned the help line" this was in northern Alberta late at night on a lonely highway. Never will I ever go to this location. GREED

I didn’t have a problem with the location at all, it was U-Haul as a company that I did not appreciate working with. Two incidents resulted in us not being able to move until two days after we were supposed to. And then the price was significantly higher than I was told it would be. I did not enjoy my experience with U-Haul as a company, however the location had very good people to deal with.

The staff help that loaded and connected the vehicle trailer I used didn’t tighten the ball lock properly and it was loose, when I loaded the car the hitch lifted off the ball, luckily not while I was driving. My fault for not double checking but attendants helping should ensure proper training

Advise the customer when no jack or trailer brakes comes with the trailer, and suggest they may not be able to unhitch the loaded trailer along the route without organising their own assistance. Not everyone is seasoned towing professional..

They guys ripping off customers it wasn't clean trailer when took it I show there crew also I took some pics for evidence but still they took cleanings charge.if you want to see pictures I can show also there price are different from other u haul.

The wires for the trailer lights were damaged and not functioning properly even though when I did I light test with the young helper, he indicated they were fine... I ended up fixing them myself...

Please check the Uhaul website. My reservation was confirmed for one location but when I called prior to pick up the location had no trailers available. While speaking with a uhaul agent she clarified that my booking was at a different location and even tho it was reserved for 1 pm, I was deemed late before 12:30pm.

i was told i could drop the uhaul off at the drop off location 24/7..... so we went in about 530 and the guy there wasnt sure what he was to do so i said no problem i will just leave it here and give you my number and come back in the morning! so the next day comes at 9 am i received a call saying i owed $20 more... may not be alot but i had recently spend almost $1000 on this cargo trailer....... i asked what the charge was they said BECAUSE I HAD RETURNED IT 3 DAYS EARLIER THAN I HAD SAID... so i said well i paid all the days becasue there was a storm so i wasnt sure how long i was gonna need and thought well if i get there earlier they wil just refund me and if i get there later good thing i paid extra..... and the person was so furious with how i was distreating the store and wasnt pleased at all with me! i will NEVER REFER anyone to the uhaul here ever. OSOYOOS UHAUL ROCKS gave me a bunch of ectra days for freee so i could hVE stress FREE PACKING!!! like how dope!

We rently rented two units from uhaul and both trailers had slow tire leaks. We replaced one on the first rental and the other unit made it to location in Vernon. Better tire maintenance should be happening at locations in general.

in the Contact she did put 1/2 tank of gas . when i left about 1/2 miles and call back to talk with her and she said she can’t help anything because i didn’t tell her when i left. oh my god. after couple hours return vehicle i refill 1/2 tank. they didn’t give me any discounts or say something. bad customer service i will never come back and recommend this place no more so upset.

The signal wires were crossed on the trailer I rented so signaling was very confusing for the drivers around me. I also had uhaul take two separate amounts out of my account totalling over $200 the day I returned my uhaul, although the uhhaul was already paid for. I am extremely unhappy with this rental at this time. No one could tell me why these amounts were taken from my account. Head office as well as the clerk at the counter were confused about the two transactions and have told me my money should be returned tonight and all I can say is they better hope it is or I’m going to be raising hell.

I know you don't track units (don't know why). And then make customers drive out of town to pick up, The day before a big move. Don't try and gouge for cleaning.

The truck I rented had a leak from the power steering pump. Slow ,but still left red spots across the driveway. Had Highway tires, got stuck in my driveway in 2" of snow . Shame Alberta trucks don't have Alberta rated tires.

Screen the reservation agents a little more carefully to ensure that they know what customer service actually means. The Grande Prairie and Dawson location Staff provided excellant customer sevice. The reservation centre could take some lessons from them.

They had difficulties with the Uhaul computer application being slow and unresponsive. The trailer seemed battered and frankly, questionable, but did prove to be road worthy for my cross-country trip. The gentleman that helped us was very pleasant and helpful despite technical difficulties.

the only issue was the pot holes that need to be filled in when exiting the yard. service was quick, easy and positive.

Make sure the equipment is clean! I had to wash the windows both inside and out so that I could see properly. Plus the floor of the unit was muddy! They can do much, much better in the area and I encourage corporate management to bring this to their attention ASAP! Staff were very nice upon check in.
