A storage location just off the highway. Had to call and wait 10 mins for arrival. I was there at 955 am they arrived to unlock a gate after at about 1010am.
SUSAN G.I was completely happy with the service until I realized my credit card was charged an additional $25 for cleaning the unit. Firstly the unit was dropped off in the exact same condition I rented it and second I don't recall authorizing that charge or reading anywhere there was one!!
Sharon L.Ensure that you have the proper wiring connector to go between the round wiring connection (if you have one on your truck), and the trailer connector (which is a flat five-wire connection). Luckily they had one in stock I could buy. Had I not been able to use an adapter, it would have involved rewiring.
