LISA TOnly negative for me was that I originally made the reservation for a pickup in Zephyrhills, Florida. Driving to plant city was a bit out of the way but the reservation was updated to accommodate.

BRIAN MIt’s good it’s open on Sundays. AAA, Sr discount or Veteran discount would help. Try not to beat people up on gas usage if it’s very close.

Suzanne SThe Caribbean lady that checked out the trailer to me was neither helpful nor knowledgeable. It is as if she just begrudgingly hooked up the trailer for me. (I'm also not sure she should be wearing open toed shoes for anything to do with trailers) I had a question about the drop off time, and rather than find the answer she told me to call back the next day. That answer didn't really make sense as I'm sure there was someone qualified to answer it in the office. Thankfully the lady who took the trailer from us on Sunday morning was very helpful and kindly came out to us with the floor jack before we could even make it to the office, that was appreciated. The trailer was very dusty on the outside and the inside, it would be pretty easy to hose them off periodically between rentals.

ROBERT HRentlok is the best Uhaul location I have found. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I have rented here over 10 times never had an issue.
BRUCE YI'm being picky, but it would be cleaner if the trailers' parking area was on pavement instead of grass.

MICHAEL FRentlok staff are always so friendly and helpful. When I buy boxes they help me carry them to the car. When I rent a truck they are friendly and super knowledgeable. They check out truck faster and easier than I ever could on my app. I literally go out of my way to rent from this location because the experience is superior.

BRUCE YVehicle had a pull to the right, not real bad but noticeable. Suspension did sound like it bottomed out with absolutely no load in vehicle what so ever, completely empty. Happened at highway speed on interstate over bridge transition. Sounded like front axle bottomed out on frame. Now, believing that the from end is independent suspension this was alittle concerning however I didn't notice and change in steering caritoristics. Also the transmission never disengaged out of rookie mode so the overdrive never kicked in causing more fuel consumption then was really required. Also a warning light always on instrument panel i did not know what it was. Yellow circle with lightning arrow in center....

GUY BI had to come to this location after the location on South Carter road in Lakeland (Sunoco gas station- don’t go there) were unable to do their job. So I was sent over 20 miles further away where I was told that mileage would be covered and the dolly’s I ordered would be comped. This location would not honor that and now I paid for 40-50 extra miles. Do better U-Haul and treat your customers like they matter.
