I was told to park the truck where I picked it up at. Someone parked where I couldn't pull up to that spot. Also the app was having some issue it wouldn't let me take the photo but i took photos on my phone if u need them.

DONALD MJust call me if there is any payment I am missing I noticed a charge for gas bringing my total to 153 I think and some change please contact me directly at 863-594-7218 from the plant city location so I can pay or if I need to come in the office in person I am having issues with my bank thank you guys!
kasey sIt's nothing U-Haul can do, the truck that I had clearly had been in an accident. It was dented, had been spray painted to cover up the damage and had multiple damages done to it. Although it ran, a lot of repairs needs to be done to the exterior of the truck.

JAMES CThey gave me a truck with a broken transmission, a brake caliper that locked up and almost caught fire and had tires from 2021
Steven CI arrived to pick up the trailer and nobody was there. Had to call then was told he couldn’t pick it up to attach it to my hitch. Luckily there was another uhaul rental place within a couple miles that was very helpful. I was in and out in 15 mins. This particular place should be closed down. Worst experience ever!
RHONDA HFirst location I went to they had no room to drop trailer off at. The second location was combo storage units and U-Haul rentals. Where I dropped trailer off I thought I was going to get stuck in the mud but I didn’t .
