When I arrived I was not aware this was not a U-haul. I drove around the blocks a few times looking for the U-Haul facility. There was no facility. It was a residential neighborhood. I was confused as I drove around looking for a U-haul facility. I could see what I thought was the 10’ that I had rented and it was parked by itself in a grass field with no sidewalks or roads leading to it. I walked up to a house that had the address of the facility and there was no one home. I called the ‘facility’ and the woman was very helpful in talking me thru on the phone how to get to the truck and where the keys were (about a 20 minute phone call). Overall the process of me arriving to pulling away with the truck took about 45 minutes.
