No staff at large cation had to figure out the drop off on the app by watching the video but it didn’t explain that the box would unlock after my inspection with pics until I walked over to it and tried to lift it. It opened thankfully. Wasn’t quite sure where to park the truck but did the best I could as it was a bit tight in there.

Joe FI did not interact with any one from drop off location. It is a storage unit facility. The parking is tight especially when you have a bigger UHaul. It is located in a very convenient location.

Ronald LThere were no personnel onsite. I used the uhaul app to drop off. The address was confusing. The app said be sure you are at 139 but the key Dropbox was at 137 which had 135 on the same building. It was unclear if 139 was part of the same property but the app said to drop off at 139
Douglas MThe folks were great...just had trouble opening the lock and had to wait for regional director to come and get the key out.
