I did not interact with any one from drop off location. It is a storage unit facility. The parking is tight especially when you have a bigger UHaul. It is located in a very convenient location.

Ronald LThere were no personnel onsite. I used the uhaul app to drop off. The address was confusing. The app said be sure you are at 139 but the key Dropbox was at 137 which had 135 on the same building. It was unclear if 139 was part of the same property but the app said to drop off at 139
Douglas MThe folks were great...just had trouble opening the lock and had to wait for regional director to come and get the key out.
