The drop off location was a garage and repair (and towing?) shop that I wouldn’t expect to be spiffy clean! The fellow who greeted us was helpful, though. Mission accomplished.

I originally booked in Northampton ma. Thanks to the attendant Benjamin, he went above and beyond to help me find an alternative facility to find the transport trailer that i needed, which was, rescue towing and recovery llc, which was very good too!

The staff as individuals were nice and pleasant. However I cannot recommend them, because I cannot recommend UHaul.
