Russell CThe truck had not been cleared of snow and there was no way to clean it off. I understand that the location was closed but a simple snow brush and scraper could have been provided
Dorothea HI had requested to pick up the truck at the King St. Northampton location where I’d be getting my supplies. Instead I had to go farther and make two stops. Not convenient and out of my way.
CHRISTIE RI picked up the vehicle with the app. Everything was good until I got to the image upload. I would take the photo and nothing happens. I did this multiple times . Then had to call support and they sent me a link. Our area has bad phone service. This was frustrating.
