The truck had not been cleared of snow and there was no way to clean it off. I understand that the location was closed but a simple snow brush and scraper could have been provided
Dorothea HI had requested to pick up the truck at the King St. Northampton location where I’d be getting my supplies. Instead I had to go farther and make two stops. Not convenient and out of my way.
CHRISTIE RI picked up the vehicle with the app. Everything was good until I got to the image upload. I would take the photo and nothing happens. I did this multiple times . Then had to call support and they sent me a link. Our area has bad phone service. This was frustrating.
Michael Mthe location in hatfield the people there were Excelant i had no issues. THE ISSUES i had was before hand when Northampton king street called and said the trailer i reserved wasnt no longer advilable.I was at work and got a voice mail a few hours prior to pick up so i asked sue to call northampton she said the guy there was rude but we did find the hatfield location. I found it kind of funny when i went home that night northampton still had trailers in yard and even next day had trailers.Then i dropped trailer off in early AM and when to work. a few hours later i see a phone call from u haul i answered it the guy is like rude in a way and said do i plan on returning trailer im like its been dropped off hours ago maybe he should have called hatfield location first before calling me but the attitude on phone was shitty.SO i will just have to remember if i reserve a trailer agion ahead of time there is no Guarantee i will get it and may just get a last minute call saying sorry we dont have a trailer for you.figure it out have a nice day.
