Tires are getting worn
THOMAS EYour website would not work for my phone or my wife's. I would have preferred to fill out the rental info on line so I didn't have to spend unnecessary time when picking up the trailer
BRYCE BThe guy there was super friendly and helpful. The store was a little rough, but it is what it is in an area like that. I wish the bottom of the trailers would be washed down. They always leave dirt on our stuff.

RYAN Struck's windshield was very bug filled and hard to see thru. The lift gate in the back was very damaged on the bottom section and was not noted or marked. We would have got blamed for the damage and charged. Not sure if he was just trying to pass it off because he didn't notice it when the truck was turned in to him. We also rented a 15ft which they called and said they didn't have so not wanting to change plans we went up to the next size 26ft which was so over kill it was ridiculous. But the kicker was we went into town Saturday morning and there was a 15ft truck sitting there. Then just to add insult to injury when we were loaded and leaving Saturday night there were two 15ft trucks. They could have asked if we could wait until morning to get a 15 but no mention of it. Will definitely consider going with Penske or Ryder next time, if we ever need another moving truck.
KENNETH PThe staff was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. He was knowledgeable and helpful as well. I had reserved a dolly with my trailer but then decided that it was not necessary, and he removed that charge without a blink of an eye. The location is in a very small town so it's a bit weird to couple a motel with a U-haul outlet, but it works. My guess is that the inventory is typically pretty small. The trailer was well-maintained, but not swept out when we picked it up.

Rhiannon SThe unit wasn't ready it was froze in place. The safety cables were in an inch of ice. Covered with snow. I preformed the tire pressure check. The atendant was nice. I just thought it would be ready. As I ordered ot 5 days before.

Bruce SWhen the guy in the sketchy hotel finally appeared behind the counter it felt awkward and uncomfortable. The employee was racing but not doing anything, even asked me to come back when it wasn't raining, then made me to back the trailer into their little tiny puzzle of a parking lot. I would definitely try to find a better location not that any of my recent U-Haul experiences have been good.

JESSE BAfter hours drop off; the app drop off is a little overblown, but we got thru it; it’s kind of BS I get charged a cleaning fee. We removed all the trash, but expecting me as a renter to stop somewhere and vacuum for you is a joke, enough I’d probably consider a different company next time. $25 is worth losing a customer?

Harvey MThere was a mixup with where we were supposed to have picked up our Uhaul. We were offered extra miles and extra days however since we had to adjust our plans for extra travel to pick up the truck a discount would have been much welcomed.

EARL NI wish I had known about the $15 charge when I rented the trailer I returned the trailer 4 hours early and had plenty time to sweep with a broom . Not Derek’s fault I wasn’t informed.

Alan AThe location was clean, but somewhat crowded and cluttered. It is, however, the only one in this area, and teh service was good, so I would recommend it.
DonL SWe drove 5 miles. The gas needle was still exactly where it was when I picked it up and we are being charged 2 gallons worth of fuel. We never had the truck idling at all. We drove, parked, turned off the truck, loaded, and repeated the process for unloading. 5 miles driving and $10 fuel charge.
Brennon MThe “manager” is apparently the only one who knows how to check in items and confirm receipt. We were told to just drop it off and it would be fine without a formal check in. While I appreciate the small town feeling of “we trust you”, the corporate world isn’t always that way and we were a little uncomfortable just leaving it. Apparently all is well as the check in eventually happened and we received a virtual receipt.

Richard HThe truck was not even there at the scheduled pickup time. It was 5 hours late while the crew I had to help load it sat around waiting. This delayed loading and caused me to have to take another day off of work. When I finally got the truck it was dirty in the box and in the cab not to mention the cab reeked of body odor and cigarette smoke for the loading and drive. I had to scrub the cab down and put in air fresheners in to make it even bearable. Overall a pretty disappointing and terrible experience.
