Added a safe trip charge I did not agree to. Did not record the correct pickup time. Tried to charge an extra day based on 43 mins of perceived overage (see pickup time). Unit had two damage points (not a huge deal), and was not even swept inside. Nobody there when I returned, and said nobody would be there for a few days so I had to call national hotline to get corrections.
