DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! No one was there to assist me, door was locked, no one would answer the phone! I literally sat in the parking lot for a hour. Some guy magically appeared, called some lady, she said she’d be there in 15mins. Never showed up. Then another guy magically appears , EVERYBODY WAS WEIRDDDD! The place is weird. It looks deserted. The 2nd magician called the lady for me again just for her to tell me that they don’t give back cash refunds at that site and then tell me to google another place to return it to.

I arrived prior to my scheduled pick-up time to find no one was there. Lights off, door locked, no one answered the phone. I waited 20 minutes, then called the U-Haul toll-free number. With the help of the OKC Regional Traffic Office, I was able to get checked in, pay for my rental over the phone, and get on my way. I will not be using this location again.
Chase OVery accommodating!!! Stayed there longer than closing to let me pick up the truck. Very friendly and professional.
