I arrived prior to my scheduled pick-up time to find no one was there. Lights off, door locked, no one answered the phone. I waited 20 minutes, then called the U-Haul toll-free number. With the help of the OKC Regional Traffic Office, I was able to get checked in, pay for my rental over the phone, and get on my way. I will not be using this location again.
