Associate wasn't there during business hours so I had to call him to come in. Reservation magically got switched to dropped off when I was picking it up which took about 45 minutes and two uhaul customer service representatives to fix. Then I get charged a $25 cleaning fee for absolutely no reason. Definitely not coming back to this location, and may not back to uhaul in the future.

While waiting to pickup the U-haul, one of the cars being detailed was being moved to park next to the u-haul truck and they crashed into the side of the truck. Set a very unprofessional setting since that was the truck rented to me.
