Awesome service!!
Gina HI asked the owner of the rental shop about a few extra charges on my bill: a cleaning fee and after hours drop fee. I was already charged for a second day of rental so after hours fee was unnecessary. Cleaning fee was overly harsh, he said a few leaves had gotten in the back and blankets weren't folded. Even though they have to be cleaned and repaired. Owner started yelling at me immediately and got irritate almost as soon as we got on the call. He seemed very unstable and I asked him to calm down. He said he wasn't going to talk to me and hung up rudely. I will never rent from him again.
