Super nice people! I even forgot my mom’s Bible in the U-Haul and sent a message to them via fb messenger and they got it out for me so I could come by and get it later. They are very professional in all aspects of the u haul business. It was a great experience all around.

Jerry GThey are thieves. They steal and use your credit card without authorization or authority. Sent multiple cease and desist letters only for them to do all of this through their app. Make sure if you do not want automated payments you remove the checkmark, screenshot it, hit cancel and confirm and redo every month. They have gone up illegally in storage rates without notification and now pay $20 plus a month extra not including the charges from my bank EVERY TIME THEY ILLEGALLY TRY TO USE MY CARDS.
