They are thieves. They steal and use your credit card without authorization or authority. Sent multiple cease and desist letters only for them to do all of this through their app. Make sure if you do not want automated payments you remove the checkmark, screenshot it, hit cancel and confirm and redo every month. They have gone up illegally in storage rates without notification and now pay $20 plus a month extra not including the charges from my bank EVERY TIME THEY ILLEGALLY TRY TO USE MY CARDS.

John LDon't change the pickup location the DAY BEFORE the scheduled pickup and at a location FURTHER away from where I needed the rental truck. It's called a reservation for a reason. The truck should be AT the location I requested and received a reservation for!!!
