Side business on a car lot. Owner was on-site and friendly, but it was obvious that he was not completely familiar with the U-Haul programs. I had requested 2-dozen moving blankets and as we walked out to the truck, he gathered up an unfolded pile off the floor and said this is all I have. He tossed them in the truck and said have a safe trip. No mention of the yard check-in process so I left and didn't realize I had a text asking for pictures until I got home. Then the link didn't work. I discovered that there were only 7 blankets in the pile, and it took my wife going back to the location to request a correction to the inventory rented, then 2 more phone calls to others to get the blanket number sorted out.
