Worst experience ever! If you need to rent a uhaul DO NOT go to this place! They had some young teenage girl that had no clue what she was doing trying to check us out. I put in the order for the uhaul well over 2 hours before we got there. When we got there we still had to wait on her to pull up which took a good 45mins.. mind you we’re in a hurry. We drove all the way from Ga and needed the trailer to pick up some stuff and take it back home to Ga. The girl they have doing this had no clue what she was doing. At first she was walking around clueless asking us if our names were John bc she didn’t see my name in the computer. When I looked, my name was right at the top of the screen. She had to keep calling and asking for help over the phone repeatedly even on things that made sense on the computer like simply hitting the “next” button. Over two hours later when we finally get the trailer hooked up to the car- they made us take it off and drive to tractor supply to get the adapter to fit our car bc they didn’t have it. So we had to come back and hook the trailer up AGAIN. After we finally do this, she’s STILL dragging her feet trying to make sure everything is hooked up correctly before we even pulled out, after we checked the lights and she had her boss on FaceTime looking, smh. The worst experience ever! Not to mention they charged us to keep the trailer from Wednesday all the way until Tuesday even though I told them we’ll be dropping the trailer off on Saturday. She refused to change it in the computer. They assured us where we were dropping it off at would reimburse us our money which never happened! They were the ones who overcharged us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you want to waste hours from your trip having to wait on a 17 year old girl with no common sense try to figure out how to hit next on a computer that she has you fill out. WORST EXPERIENCE of my life that I was overcharged for.

Marek ILocation was remote but it was my only choice. It was an independent small operation (auto repair/tire place) and have nothing negative to say really about the operator. Owner was nice and helpful. Equipment was old-ish and didn't have newer loops for tie downs, not swept out. I would only recommend if it was the only close-by choice. I was taken aback at the cost also. 3x the cost of my normal rental. Equipment was fine, just expected a bit newer given the "Holiday Pricing" or "Lack of inventory".
WIlliam KThis is mostly a tire shop. So for just a drop off point it was ok. Owner doesn’t speak much English so you basically hand him the key and leave. Luckily I have dealt with U-Haul before so I knew to have the truck swept out, gas topped off etc.

Jan WA little out of the way and it took a bit to be helped. The gentleman, however, was very courteous and friendly.
Aida GCustomer service was horrible. The truck was blocked by homeowner/business trash and wood that I had to move in order to get the truck out of the property while the business owner watched me do it.

Reina GThe address on their site led us to them but the number did not. We arrived to a broken down, dismantled property with no one in site. Was supposed to pick the U-Haul up at 1pm. Tried the number, no answer. Had to ask a contractor if he knows if we’re in the right place or not. He gave the contact number to us - which was different than the number listed on the website. We called U-Haul customer service and they couldn’t get ahold of the person, either. U-Haul told us to try to self checkout the truck. We tried but the location wasn’t lining up with the truck. We tried driving around the lot but the U-Haul app kept saying we weren’t at the right address and therefore couldn’t take the truck ourselves. Even though we were standing there looking at the truck we rented - the ONLY truck there, parked on the side of the road. We Called the number the contractor gave us and a guy answered and said he would call right back. A girl then called us and said she would be on the way she was only 7min away. We said ok. She arrived and didn’t know how to do it so was on the phone with who I’m assuming was the original person that answered the phone on the number the contractor gave us. He walked her through the steps on the phone. 1hr later, she finally figured out how to get the keys and give us the U-Haul, so we lost over an hour of rental time on that U-Haul that day. Yay. 0/10 stars.
