People here were stupid and unhelpful. I had a 10ft truck with insurance protection booked at a different location that was changed by U haul ( with my permission). I come to the location and the person at the desk took 30 minutes to get me into a truck and then they try putting me into a 15 footer. I didn’t request this, then they try to move me to the minivan and that was too small. You could be thinking “hmm maybe they didn’t have it available” WRONG I saw TWO 10 footer trucks right there and this guy at the front was playing a game of patty cake between the van and the 15 footer. Not to mention I had a reservation for 2pm, 10footer truck, $40 due at pick up. This guy charged me for the truck I didn’t request and then wasted my time doing it. The truck was also filthy and smelt of piss and feces. They also charged me twice and my credit card alerted me to fraudulent activity. Will never use this location again. Terrible service

Great to have neighborhood availability to U-haul services YET very hard to get in contact with live manager and with the store front. Contract phone number listed for help not working. Gas station number not listed. Cannot contact through main U-haul number either. Want to recover left behind EZ-pass!
