It seemed they did not have the inventory they used to have. It is a smaller location, but I think they should be allowed a fuller inventory. There were only 4 pieces of equipment! They’re good people & should be given a larger inventory.

RICHARD SIt's easier when you pick it up if it's full of gas, I tried to get it close when I was done with it it, but uhaul was great at crediting me the difference. We had a great experience as long as all the miles get credited. 3 different people offered us credits based on picking up and dropping off elsewhere, in fact my drop off got changed twice and my pickup once, other than that we will rent from uhaul again
scott fThe place was closed and there was no one there although their webpage suggested they were open. I felt a little uneasy just leaving the trailer there with no documentation so I took a few pictures of it there showing it was back undamaged.

Rich SThis location was great, but it was an hour away from where we were supposed to pick up. The day of our scheduled pick up, we were notified our trailer wasn't in Crivitz or Beaver where we were supposed to pick up and had pre-scheduled 2.5 weeks earlier.

John TYou should install a tongue jack on the trailer because it was extremely heavy for my 82 year old father and me his daughter to lift. Otherwise it was a good experience. I would rent again but only if I had help or you install the jack. Thanks

Steve JNo one answered the phone, ever. Person at counter did not know the phone number to confirm. No one even looked at the trailer and just told us to park it in the field. Not professional at all.

Rick HTruck wasn’t clean.. had dog hair balls all over. There was a trailer attached and a dolly inside when I went to drive away. Had to go back in and ask gentleman to take care of it. The gentleman was very nice but truck wasn’t.

Rich SThe truck was a death trap. Shook all over the road, headlights were extremely dim and had to push pedal all the way to the floor to stop. I have rented many times over the years and never had such a horrible experience. I was in tears by the time I got to my destination.

Kyle BTruck was in very poor cosmetic condition. Windshield was cracked from left to right, cab was filthy, "grandmas attic" had whst looked to be a broken plant or fishbowl contents strewn about. Sideskirts were damaged. This is just a shell gas station in the middle of nowhere manned by one person. While cherry and willing, the gas station clerk was rather unhelpful as she had to tend to customers of the station. Took 45 minutes to get out of there in a safe manner. Understaffed for sure.

Karl PPick up very confusing. No one told me about lockbox. Planned on online pickup, got there at 11, instructions then said wait until they open at 1 even though they were open. Had to wait in hold to get a hold of someone at uhaul. When ordering, make it easier to see how many miles are included. Very difficult to find out. Too much time spent trying to upsell additional services. Tell me the details of my order first.
