Art and Anna the managers were absolutely amazing. They treated me like family, I never experienced or expected this kind of beyond excellent customer service from a Uhaul rental. I had a horrible experience with Del Rios Plano Texas uhaul branch, I thought all uhaul businesses model are like that. Cheaters and manipulative. But the Rankin Texas uhaul branch was day and night in comparison. Thank you Art and Anna. 👍🏼
