Our check-in and pick up were done in a timely manner, and things explained for our return procedure. The U-Haul agent was pleasant and friendly. My only complaint was with the online reservation system, telling me someone from U-Haul would call or contact me the day before my reservation was to take place. By 5pm, no one had called or other contact to me, so I called the original place to pick up the truck and was told the closest place to get a one-way truck was about a 100 miles away, which made it a frantic situation! I was then put through to another U-Haul agent helpline employee who found a closer and better option. My complaint is that U-Haul never contacted me the day before and we had several moving teams lined up for the next day, which luckily, we got things straightened out or our moving day would have been disastrous otherwise! Agent Heaven, at the Richland location was on top of her game and saved our day!

marko kthe van had a really bad odor in the van section. the truck had poor alignment and poor suspension for a cross state trip. The front desk help , Heavenleigh, was really kind, nice and helpful with the initial rental experience. Before that, i had a good/great/helpful interaction with central dispatching after my originally reserved truck was unavailable at a different location.
Erik MWhen calling to make sure the drivers are who they say they are, make sure your equipment is working. The person helping us, Sara, couldn’t get her phone to work and call my son. His phone was working fine. Her equipment was not working and she was rude and unhelpful. Salee was very nice and helpful.
