I did a mobile pickup. The communication setting it up was very difficult and the person that set it up over the phone seemed put out. I selected a drop off in Plano, TX (listen to the phone call) and there were 5 drop off locations to save just under $40. When I called about the location the lady on the phone said I had wanted to return it to Richardson, TX. When I got the the remote location at 7am. The lock and code would not work, I tried all 3 locks and it didn't work. Called and spoke to 2 people over the phone and I finally got the lock to release by using my finger as the switch did not work. Very frustrating.
