This was miscommunicated to us, as we were told to call a 1-800 number to let them know where we were taking the u-haul to drop it off. We did not get to choose the drop off location, which caused us to go over our mile limit & we then had pay an extra fee.
COLE NOnce again, no issues with the location and I tried not score the personnel as the location was closed on Easter Sunday evening, but this questionnaire will not allow me. The U-Haul App was not accommodating and neither was the online portal, neither of which allowed me to upload or take images to complete the return process electronically. The location was easy to find and we were able to return the trailer without issue other than the portal.
Daniel KI was told my dad didn’t need to submit his ID because he was a direct relation which I’m pretty sure was incorrect. When getting the uhaul, there was no walk around to see the truck. I was given a truck to drive across country that ended up not having cruise control. Gas was only at 3/4 tank. Was given the keys, pointed to the uhaul, and was told goodbye.
COURTNEY PNot open Sundays, so no comment on personnel. Very useful location. Had several other U-Hauls sitting there; we got a place to park our trailer, but it looked like the last spot. WHY SURVEY REQUIRES PERSONNEL ANSWER WHEN THEY ARENT OPEN?? They were not either helpful nor not. BAD question. SO—no, they were not helpful and it’s your fault, not theirs. Shame on you for writing a binary option. NA. NA. NA makes more sense.
ROBERT TThe truck outside and inside were not clean and the driver side wiper needed replacing. Other than these issues the gentlemen were friendly and courteous.
Bryan DWas told by local store, pic and pack, that I could use the app and pick the trailer up after hours. Just my luck your servers went done so I was unable to get logged on to the app or website. Drove 4 hrs next day and called in, got charged over $160 for a trailer that if local and national people would have known correctly that I could not use the app to pick up, I would have made other arrangements. Rep should have given me the trailer for $60 as was originally set on my reservation drop off was a piano in the butt and had to call in again to get approval. Rented a car healer from uhual 4 months ago, went super smooth. Not sure I will use uhual next time or not.

GINA FWash windshield is the only thing. I tidied that up at my first gas stop. Truck interior was clean.

EVONNE SThe truck was left unlocked and the front door open upon arrival. The original code we were given to get the keys was wrong and it took being on hold and chatting with an agent for an hour to get the code. The app is horrible and crashed several times; both while picking up and dropping off which delayed us even more. The vehicle itself shook like crazy and was so loud it hurt our ears. And when we picked up the vehicle is was completely empty which was a major inconvenience. I will never use a UHUAL vehicle ever again. I would like a refund.

Brad WNone of what I rented was available in the truck, representative I had to work with to pick up the truck was rude to the people associated with my pickup despite it clearly being a stressful encounter for us, I was charged way more than what it said I would be for the truck and then uHaul tried to charge me a second time for a ridiculous amount.
Sara TWindshield washers did not work. Windshield was not clean-- dead bugs impeded visibility.
LAWRENCE DLocation was the closest trailer drop location for me and they were very efficient and professional.
