Grant PThe staff was friendly and very helpful. The trailer was in tip top shape and was available at the specified time. Was able to get hooked up and then go over the details of pulling the trailer. Thanks-keep up the good work
JAMES PThis was a good pickup site. I did the pre checkin so the time spent was short. The technician who hooked it up...answered my questions and gave good advice.
DANIEL HThe fuel gauge didn't work. Once we started to drive it showed half full rather than at the sitting reading at 3/4. We filled it up and left it at the location at 3/4 tank. The person that checked it in read the meter and charged me an extra 25.00 rather to fill it. It was not full when I got the truck. I will not use Uhaul again for these reasons and the moving of my reservation.
