Mr Richmond is extremely personable and made the rental process a breeze. The antique model cars in the lobby were fun to look at also. I would definitely recommend him for any UHaul rental or mechanical issue.
Dana WThe building where I dropped off, my truck looks pretty rundown, but it must also be noted. Nobody was there when I dropped off my truck so I can’t say nobody was helpful there because literally nobody was there when I dropped it off they were closed.
