There was a sign that they'd be back in 30 minutes and it was in midst of our pick up time. They were out for well over an hour, and got to use the Uhaul for less time than we rented it for. There were 2 other uhaul renters that this happened to as well who waited longer and they offered no solution to it, no compensation or anything. Acted like it wasn't a problem to begin with.Neida H.

I have rented a lot of uhauls and for the most part, I have always had an average experience. Today I had the best experience with uhaul I ever have. The man who helped me (I don't remember his name unfortunately) was extremely patient with me and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I will only use this location from now on when using uhaul because the customer service was so amazing!Emily M.

The keys were not left in the boxes for early pick up and it took me more than 1.5 hour from the actual pick up time finally get them. I had to pay extra for the help I had hired because of wasted time.Mohamad B.

I live about 51 mi from the only available rental and was charged for the mileage to and from that location. If the only available rental is 51mi from where i need it, I should've not been charged for the mileage, considering the inconvenience it put on me. I ordered several sets of furniture pads and a dolly but never received them. Called uhaul and reported the issue. Person said they would remove them so I would not be charged. My furniture is ruined and I received a bill that included charges for furniture pads and the dolly. I will NEVER use uhaul again!Nick C.

I had to pay for someone to pick me up when I initially went to drop my uhaul off ($60). I arrived and there was a sign on the door saying closed for maintenance. As a result, I had to used PTO and pay for another person to pick me up the next day. It was a HUGE inconvenience.DANAEMESHAUN C.
