I ordered moving pads that were not included; still charged for them, making for a quite average experience.
Brian CYou can improve the app. When I was handing over the truck and starting to go through the checklist, I had to exit the app, and when I came back, I couldn't finish it.
Sidney SDealer does not open till 10 AM in the morning. Keyless access to truck via lockbox was very difficult because locks are old and combination is difficult to read. Lockbox/dealer location is not close to where the vehicles are parked. Even when dealer is supposedly open store is closed for “5 minutes “.
Bruce SThe equipment as not ready per reservation time. It was 1 hour and 30 minutes late. Upon return of the equipment the next day, the site did not immediately process the return. It was process 3 hour later, therefore, an extra day was being charged, a charge of 2 days instead of 1 day.
