I was never contacted to confirm my pick-up location or rental equipment. When I got to my pick-up destination, I was informed U-Haul had moved me to another location. When I finally got to the newly assigned location, there was not an appliance dolly in the truck for which I already paid. AND, they did not allot for enough miles for me to go to my storage unit and then the apartment into which my son was moving. So, they tried to charge me an overage fee, which I declined to pay. I also had to demand a refund for the appliance dolly that was never provided.

The a/c in the truck didn’t work and it was 96 degrees outside. The truck had trash in the door compartments and the truck didn’t sound good. Glad we only had a short trip to move something. When returning the truck, informed of no a/c and the employee just said - ok I will let them know. That’s it. He did not apologize or anything. I will not go back to this location.
Laurie BThis location gives Uhaul a bad name. My truck wasn't there at the assigned time and even though they told me it was due a half hour earlier they didn't bother to call the previous person. They have zero customer service skills. You should have the man at Deep Rock give training to these jokers because he is awesome. The truck was filthy. Someone must have spilled 3-4 large potted plants. Clearly they didn't check it. I had to borrow a broom and dustpan from the people I was buying and picking up furniture from to clean it myself. I am requesting a refund of some sort because this was an awful experience. I am a decades long customer and have never had an experience like this.
Jennifer JThe person at the front desk did not seem very willing to help. Whenever I asked questions, I was repeatedly told to refer to the agreement document, which was the only response provided. Additionally, the vehicle was not clean and did not appear to be well maintained. I also experienced difficulty starting the vehicle as it was not functioning properly, which made the overall experience inconvenient. Since I only needed the vehicle for a couple of hours within the same area, I chose not to raise a formal complaint. However, if travel to another city were required, I would not recommend this service based on my experience. Thank you.
