U-Haul called me and wouldn’t get the trailer I wanted to Rick’s, U-Haul wanted me to pick up 120 miles away and take it back 120 miles away. Then U-Haul didn’t let me know Rick’s didn’t have the KO dolly I wanted. So I didn’t get a dolly. I had to settle for a 5x9 trailer with ramp, when I ordered at 6x12. U-Haul itself didn’t care about customer service. Rick’s Rental was great.
DEANNA LZack was not helpful. He overcharged and we had to go through u-haul to get it corrected.
Randall KWhen I was in the U-Haul business when we had a customer that dropped off their truck, we would zero out the contract first go out and make sure there was no problems if they were still there and do a walk around with them. This location did not do that. They just said they took the key and said you’re good. No offer of a walk around no offer of Return receipt while I was there.

KRISTEN MU-Haul had mechanical issues, and no air conditioning. Drove 2300 miles in the summer without air conditioning.
Gavin SI was sent to a close location. There was another location where I could have picked up the trailer in Kalispell, MT just 2 miles from where I was but I was sent 87 miles a way to pick up a trailer in Libby. Both locations were closed so I couldn't I have picked it up in Kalispell, MT?

James BWindshield on inside was not cleaned. Did not offer to help load vehicle on to try after I paid the 7 dollars for that assistance not that I needed it but the offer would have been nice

GREG MMy wife and I made a reservation to pick up in Eureka Mt. when I went to pick up the trailer they didn’t have it at the reservation location and he didn’t have any info on the reservation. I gave him my reservation number and he said it was booked for Butte MT. and he said someone supposedly called me and texted me but I never got any call or text from U-Haul. Then he said he found one in Libby Mt which was Way out of the way for me and I had to go get it rather than U-Haul delivering to Eureka for me.This was not a good experience with u-haul.

SCOTT LMy complaint is the address information to the rental place we were to pick up from was wrong in your directions. We drove out to know where. Losing rental time. You listed us hwy 2 when it was us Rte 2.

TAMARA RIt has nothing to do with this locale. The whole experience with UHAUL was frustrating after placing the order. Pick up locale was ridiculously far away. Whoever makes the assignments in Phoenix doesn't know their geography.

Monique WI rented a tow dolly, the wheel straps were cranked in so far I had a very hard time getting them loose.
Paul RMake sure the truck is clean and checked in. It was not even checked in. The keys were still in the drop box so I know it was not checked. There was some kind of oil all over the driver’s side of the truck. I asked was it a wheel bearing he said he didn’t think so. 🤬

Quote was $110, by the time we were finished with all the hidden costs we were at $173.68 with another $100 added deposit 💵 $27368 WTF 🤬 Fill the damn tank so that the customers don’t get ripped off, what a freaking scam! Great 👍 way to get the customer to pay your gas expenses! Not the least bit satisfied! Would not recommend U-Haul to my worst of enemies! Sorry U-Haul but your customer service standards have really gone to shit!

robert h1. Rude and unhelpful. 2. Trailer was not inspected. He literally used binoculars to see the number on the side of the trailer instead of walking outside. 3. Trailer wires were not usable because they had been torn apart. Had to drive all the way back to get replacement. 4. Called to ask where the drop off was because contract just said surprise Arizona and the 888 number wasn’t working. They told me they had no idea. Very rude. Then they hung up on me.
