Nice wide open area to return trailer. We dropped it off after hours and it was simple. They had us checked in online first thing the next day.

GARY HIf you rent in person it might be ok. The pickup was a total fiasco. We were supposed to pickup vehicle at 11 am. It took 4 phone calls, a visit from the local police before we could finally get the lockbox open to get the keys. It was after 3 pm before we got the keys. Customer service on line/phone was totally useless.
