U-Haul had mechanical issues, and no air conditioning. Drove 2300 miles in the summer without air conditioning.
Gavin SI was sent to a close location. There was another location where I could have picked up the trailer in Kalispell, MT just 2 miles from where I was but I was sent 87 miles a way to pick up a trailer in Libby. Both locations were closed so I couldn't I have picked it up in Kalispell, MT?
