Jeffrey CI feel like the amount to be paid needs to be significantly more clear. I paid $145 ish to rent the truck for one day. I paid $167 for miles. I paid $55 to gas up the truck before returning. I did not realize I had to pay $1 per mile. I have looked back on the agreements sent and I can’t see where that is disclosed. I’m fine with paying what I owe but it definitely needs to be more clear up front.
STACY JDespite asking for an in-town location, we had to drive a half hour away to pick up the truck. The guy wasn't even there at the scheduled time, as he never received word from Uhaul about my reservation. His shop was really dirty and smelled of unclean kitty litter.

John DAgain, this consumer was jerked around having to drop off at a location not open except during normal working hours. I lost about $260 in wages I would otherwise have made had I been able to use the more central preferred location (per reservation request) at the Harrison Bridge Road location in Fountain Inn, SC, which would have been open over the weekend.. Instead I was directed, under penalty of an overcharge, to return the equipment at an in-town location, awkward for trailering access, before noon on Monday (even though I did not get the equipment until 2 PM on the pickup day). The agent at the drop-off location was accommodating, and blunted the disappointment of having to lose a half-day of work just to make U-Haul Traffic satisfied.

Chris MInitially, the customer rep at the drop-off location did not want to accept my truck drop-off, indicating that he didn’t understand why I was directed to his location since he had an overflow of trucks there at that time. He finally agreed to accept my drop-off when I advised him of the size of the truck (small 10-footer) and the fact that I was directed to drop out off there. After leaving facility, I did feel somewhat sorry for this individual. The lot there was small and full at the time!
James HGuy was nice but there was a big hole in the roof of the truck. It didn’t rain so our stuff wasn’t ruined. He was probably just busy but he should take a minute to check the equipment before sending it out. Otherwise everything was great
David SI felt like I was going to get shot while dropping off the truck. At least I got the entertainment of watching more than one drug deal go down while i was dropping off the truck, so that was fun.
Michael MWent to drop it off couldn’t find place to drop off keys. Went inside of business it smelled like urine. I handed the keys to the owner and I told him I couldn’t find the drop box and he said there was a Drop slot on the front door in a rude way.

Reginald WMaps direction doesn’t take you to the location. Once there it is easy to see the location but it is less clear as to where the office is. The owner is helpful and efficient.
David QI have to get a refund for the $50 fee for the U-Haul blankets that were not on the truck at pick up! I had to call 7 locations on a Saturday morning to find some.. while the movers had to wait on me so they could wrap my furniture.

Cynthia GI had requested a different location for pick-up. I never received a call from any location to confirm my pick-up. I had to call my original location to discover that my location was moved. When we arrived at the new location, the manager's U-Haul app wasn't working so we had to come back.

GENEVA JMy initial return location was closed and gated, so I couldn’t return my truck. U-Haul redirected me to Riddle’s for after hours return. The process was relatively easy.
