This was not the location that I made my reservations at and where I was supposed to do the pick up. The place I made reservations for rented all of the trailers out and I had to go an extra hour out of my way to get another trailer. That’s not the way to do business. It is the Woodruff SC location. Lost almost 2 hours on the phone trying to get it fixed not counting the time and gas going out of my way to get another one. After this ordeal I don’t think I’ll ever rent from U-Haul again.

I had a terrible experience at this location. The back of the rental truck had a powerful, foul odor, as if trash had been left inside it for days in extreme heat. The facility itself did not resemble a professional place of business; there was a loose dog wandering around, and a trash can was left in the middle of the floor swarming with gnats and flies. I was literally swatting bugs away while trying to complete my transaction. To make matters worse, the representative was incredibly unprofessional, blunt, and standoffish. He added insurance to my order without my consent, even though I had explicitly selected "no insurance" when booking online. When I pointed out the error, he aggressively told me, "You didn't tell me that," and refused to fix it, telling me to just call customer service instead. Also told me that he couldn't honor the price that I was giving from customer service that confirmed my booking ..
