Todd PThis was not the location that I made my reservations at and where I was supposed to do the pick up. The place I made reservations for rented all of the trailers out and I had to go an extra hour out of my way to get another trailer. That’s not the way to do business. It is the Woodruff SC location. Lost almost 2 hours on the phone trying to get it fixed not counting the time and gas going out of my way to get another one. After this ordeal I don’t think I’ll ever rent from U-Haul again.
