The app is not easy to follow. I was told by customer service to follow the steps to get the key. The key was NOT kept in a lock box on the truck. There was NO ONE at this location until 35 mins later.

michael mHad no moving blankets or two wheel dolly ! Also engine light was on in truck entire time I drove it which made me nervous. Gentleman who worked there was very nice just not a great place.
