Paden LThe location was perfectly adequate. However, everything leading up to picking up the trailor was very disorienting. We made a reservation for one location and we then received a confirmation for said location. Two days prior to the pickup, we received a new confirmation for a new location four cities away from where we had wanted the pickup and an hour later than we had planned, affecting our travel time and avoiding traffic. While the website does have a handy disclaimer that reservations are subject to change, I don't think U-Haul understands the concept of a reservation and probably rented the "reserved" trailor to someone at a higher price. I guess that is what we get for renting a trailor during the week of university graduations. U-Haul could improve the customer experience by not having trailors available at a desired location only to change the location and the time of the pickup. Also, U-Haul could improve this survey by not construing it to be about locations when the issue lies in other areas. The locations themselves had helpful employees.

ADAM WOur truck was rented out to someone else when we went to pick it up even though we made the reservation days before. We were told the next truck that came would be our no matter the size. It sounded like they were really trying to accommodate us and solve the issue. However, after waiting 45 minutes a new customer came in that had made a reservation that morning. They were able to leave with a truck right away. There had been a truck there that they could have rented to us. We ended up waiting almost an hour before our "assigned truck" was returned. They kept blaming the system. We felt like they had poor customer service.
BENJAMIN BThe owner and team there were great and helpful. However the storage location is so small and narrow and so full of luxury cars, parked cars or cars for sale that there is zero space to maneuver when trying to return a trailer. It was a nightmare. Had to remove the trailer and manually park it which took 30 minutes. Would not rent from this location again just due to the space issue.
Jakob LThe after hours drop off was not easy. I also left a pair of sung glasses in the truck's cab. When I called the next morning, the manager would not check to see if my glasses were in the cab and said he had no way of knowing which truck was the one we rented. Frustrating experience overall.

HARVALENE SUnless you get to work with Zack… this location is SO incredibly rude. I was accused of STEALING the UHAUL that my key fit I’ve told myself before… Never again. Drive to the next one. Take Uhaul from them!!

WILLIS NI requested a dolly for this rental and I was not given the dolly. Maybe next time the customer service could ensure the rented items are inside the truck.
Casey SLocation added cleaning and gas fees increasing final cost from $35 to over $50. This would make sense except I barely used the back of the truck (1 10ft beam, sweeping the whole trailer after) and drove it a total of 5miles (topping it off with half a gallon of gas before returning) Contacted the location who said there was nothing they could do but I could contact U-haul directly. On calling customer service the rep was as confused as I was about the extra fees and removed them without question. Felt like they were trying to slip in extra charges to intentionally nickel and dime me. Hoping I wouldn’t bother or notice the extra charges. Not something I’ve experienced from other U-Haul locations. For that reason I’d try to avoid this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

HARVEY SThe parking lot was a little bit crowded but I managed to park it inside, also if it's possible to park rentals outside on the street, putting some signs could be helpful, I saw one truck parked outside but I wasn't sure to park it like that so I preferred to park it inside of the lot. Overall, the customer service, the equipment and the process in general was quick, easy and no complications at all. Thank you!

Jonathon TThe guy working at this location was rude and completely disrespectful. I was at the location at 7:30am trying to get my truck (not his fault) and was on hold or talking to phone agents for 2 hours trying to get my truck. When I finally got it, the app made me go INSIDE to get a key. What's the point of the app?? I had to wait in line behind 8-9 people when I should have been able to just get the key remotely. My truck broke down later in the day and the guy who worked here said "well too bad. You should have signed up for roadside assistance but you declined it". It was an engine issue NOT a flat tire, accident or anything of my doing. Your trucks should be functional. When I got into the truck initially it took me 4 times to crank the truck to turn on. The same thing happened after we loaded the truck and then when I went to go back and re-load again it wouldn't even turn on. The whole experience was bullshit and I might never use U-haul ever again. I couldn't even use the truck for the entire duration of my reservation yet still had to pay full price.

Jorge MThe only part that could have been a touch better was the windows and windshield were a bit bug covered and dirty. Other than that the space for loading was clean and perfect for what I needed. All and all I’d recommend using this location.

Stephen EOwner was lazy and rude. Made me back up the truck to park in the lot with no spotter because he was too lazy and didn’t want to do it himself. Charged me a clean up fee because a couple blankets weren’t folded to his liking when nothing was ever mentioned about folding blankets until I was leaving. He was a total jerk about it. I’ve never had this issue with U-Haul before. I’ll never rent from that place again and it soured my opinion of U-Haul. Zero customer service.
Chad AThe driver side seatbelt buckle was not good condition. Had to push the button in several times for it to release and then put the buckle into the latch for it to work most of the time. The inside of the cab and the back of the truck had not been cleaned from the prior group. The vehicle function well, which was nice.. Being checked out after finally finding The correct location took a while to find because we were given different locations With our online registration. Also I had to keep repeating myself over and over when I showed up and had to go through the registration multiple times.

Daniel LI did not get my UHaul at the time I reserved and the man at Rideout Motors was horrible to deal with. I have never had such a poor customer experience. I will never work with this location again.

JUSTIN BThis location was great, but the Uhaul online experience was MISERABLE. My reservation on the site did not appear on the location's database (despite the charge appearing on my card), so the vehicle I reserved was unavailable for me when I arrived on time to check it out. When I attempted to return the vehicle after hours as scheduled using the website, I was stuck in a loop of uploading a picture of the vehicle condition, uploading the next picture, and then having my progress wiped and having to start over again. Finally I reloaded the page to start from scratch, but my rental was no longer visible and I was unable to view or complete the check in at all. In short, the location and employee I worked with were great, but the online system is terribly buggy and cost me an extra extra hour or two on moving day.

Joseph N3 out of 4 tires were nearly bald. The guy renting the trailer didn't seem too concerned and said that a service truck could come fix them the next day. Obviously this location doesn't inspect their equipment or care about customer safety.

Michael FThe after hours pickup was overly complicated and inconvenient. To have to take a picture of myself, my drivers license, to take my location, AND then to have to call close relatives (at 530am) was dreadful. The previous data collection should be sufficient. Not only that but the U-Haul number used comes up as spam or scam likely, and the phone call itself is redundant. The location was great, but the calling should only be required if the previous data can’t be received. 0 stars on the set check in. 5 out of 5 for the location.
