The cellular service is not good and it made the process take a lot longer to check in and return the van!

We rented a tow dolly and brought both the truck and the car with us to pick it up. We requested help to load the car and he said "No, we're too busy". Unfortunately we were not aware that our car, being low profile, might encounter a problem. When driving it onto the dolly it cracked the front bumper spoiler. Of course Uhaul won't take any responsibility for it. It would have been beneficial to know there could be a problem. When you order the dolly they ask what is being towed. Our car year, make, and model was okay. We assumed there would be no problems. Renter BEWARE!
