This experience was awful. The owner of the location was so rude and condescending. Didn’t have all the equipment I ordered, was 45 mins late due to the system being down, and the service was terrible. I literally would never recommend this location to anyone.

Joshua HCalled me the night before to tell me they wouldn’t have the truck available at the right time. But then it was. Very poor communication and customer service. But when I went to pick it up, the pads I requested weren’t in the truck and the location was closed so I couldn’t get them.
Gregg MThe location is terrible. There is no room to maneuver a vehicle to hook up or drop off a car trailer. The owner makes you go out into a busy street (State Street in Lehi) to get into his lot. To make matters even worse, there is a U-Haul truck parked along the road causing a blind spot so getting back onto the street is difficult. I would not recommend this place to rent anything that needs to be towed. There should be an easy drop off spot along the side of the road so all I need to do is pull up, unhitch, and drive away.
