Equipment had trash in it and the mileage was checked in incorrectly so I couldn’t check it out without the help from an associate who asked me why the mileage was incorrect. I have no clue he should tell me. Then I’m being charged $286 for incorrect drop off point when the truck broke down and had to be towed.
Beau GGuy working the desk was a clown, dude couldn’t have complained more about his job, literally the epitome of hates himself and his job. Anything I asked for help with he had a complaint for. Guy even booked me the wrong return location AFTER I TOLD HIM THE ADDRESS

GARY AEmployee had contradicting information regarding who could pick up the truck. Online support and terms and conditions stated the same thing, while the employee stated something else and would not honor the terms and conditions. After pick up, the drop off location was changed without verification or reason given.

Fredric MThe location was not professional. My pickup time was 8:30a I didn’t get the trailer until 9:26a. He put a customer in front of me. The customer that was before left upset because the location had their truck but they didn’t have the keys to the truck. I will never use that location again!!! Upset customer!!!!
RICKY R20 extra miles? I drove from the rental place to my home day one; then direct to my destination, then to the drop off U-Haul office on day two. Perhaps your projected mileage reflects traveling on the Natchez Trace Parkway ( which is the most direct route AND the GOS recommended route) BUT, ALL commercial traffic is PROHIBITED on the Trace… I took the next most direct route. 20 miles extra … that’s unreasonable. Otherwise, i experienced great service.

TIFFANY SAttitude of staff, perhaps even the owner. Not very customer friendly in my opinion. Location is real reason I rent from this location. Note, I've had at least 6 truck rentals over time. Also, office is in real need of a cleanup - more like a shed.
STEVEN GThey were closed when I arrived at 3:30 pm to drop off the trailer, but I called Storage Choice in Long Beach and told them I was dropping the trailer and had taken photos of it. Storage Choice in Long Beach MS is always helpful.
HOWARD BThe facility was closed - I followed the directions on the app and 800 # - and she stayed on the phone with me while I finished the return on my app! The 800 # personnel was amazing I was thankful for her!
KACI JVery difficult to find entrance to location and trailer had asphalt all over front and wheel covers However person in charge's very nice and helpful
DAVID SBoth front tires were bald. Left windshield wiper held on by duct tape and only hit the top 1/3 of the windshield. The person at the facility was great though.
JEFFREY KTrailer was not swept out from previous rental. The location was very busy with only one person working, took over an hour to get a trailer that was reserved online

STEVEN BNobody was present during business hours. The door said closed, nobody answered the phone, and another customer was equally confused about what to do. I had to call the national hotline and take pictures.
