I was overcharged and I had to call customer support to receive a refund. The person who I assumed was the owner/manager at this location was polite but he didn't understand the charges that he had made. So that was very unprofessional, the situation was fixed and I am currently waiting to see if the correct amount will come out of my account because I currently have 3 charges pending because of his mistakes.
